We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team.
- As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Your main duties will include assembling solar panels, mounting racks, connecting wiring, and performing system testing.
- You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, racks, and other system components according to design specifications.
- Connect and wire solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 60,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
Yearly bonus based on performance
