Manufacturing
New Product Design & Development:
- Design solutions to meet operational, safety, regulatory, manufacturability, and cost requirements. Produce and maintain block diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams for product.
- Design and manage bill of materials (BOM)
- Design wire harness & fitting to ensure hardware compatibility with system layout.
- Selection, development, design and integration of suitable components (power electronics, motors, transmissions, wheels, brakes, etc.) that meet system requirements
- Create and update documentation including design detail product manuals and other technical documents
Assembly
- Preparing wiring harness and fitting of electrical/electronic components
- Integration of electrical/electronic components
- Liaison with team members for improved coordination and workflow in production
- Effectively communicate development status to management
- Maintain quality checks
Service
Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and systems at customer site or in-house lab
