Looking for a bright and telented HR executive who has to perform the following tasks:
- Recruitment & Selection: CV Screening, Maintaining CV Bank, Interview arrangements
- Employee Data Base ( Hard & Soft)
- Daily Attendance Reports/ Time Office Management.
- Payroll & Time Office Processing ; calculation of attendance / leaves/ salary deduction for absents etc.
- Monthly Reports ( New Employee/ Turn over/ Disciplinary Action)
- Processing of employee cases as per Disciplinary Action
and any tasks that are asssigned from time to time
Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Traits
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, leadership and presentation skills
- Able to do multitasking and work under pressure
- Should be well versed with Ms Office applications (word, excel, power point)
