We are looking for a competent operations administrator preferably experienced in a trading/contracting activities. Our ideal candidate is a confident, outgoing person with problem solving skills and can-do attitude. Someone who can handle things proactively and can adapt to the company's vision.
General Administration of company operations
Manage and Keep a record of Registration with Govt./Other Client Organizations
Manage Client/Vendor Correspondence and Subscriptions
Participate in handling and maintenance of records of inward Sales/Tender Inquiries
Participate in handling and maintenance of records like Rent Agreements / Deliveries against orders / Purchase Orders / SLAs and Contracts etc
Work as a Point of Contact for Assigned Accounts (Sales / Service / SLA / Complaints)
Work as a bridge between sales, technical support, service coordination and other departments
Correspondence with Clients/Vendors as and when needed
Tasks Related to Operational Activities
Tasks related to Client / Vendor Relationship and Foreign Vendors / Local Guests Hospitality
Any related tasks
Ideal Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under own initiative
Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred
