Job Responsibilities:
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quality.
- Recording stock inward / outward movements in software
- Conducting internal audits as per audit calendar
- Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas.
- Making sure that all inventory processes are met with company standards.
- Supervising Maintenance and servicing of warehouse and ensuring cleanliness & compliance
- Arranging dispatch of goods as per delivery orders in timely fashion.
- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems for ensuring proper documentation.
- Takes continuous preventive measures to avoid any apprehended damages.
- Minimizing stock loss.
- Weekly feedback on operations and audit reports
Job/Person Specification:
- Persons with experience will be preferred
- Ideal Candidate must be computer literate.
- abilities to multitask and document client arrangements.
- Police verification reporr needed
