We are now expanding our channel product portfolio to include SOHO and SMB networking products. ESCO’s Channel Development Manager will work closely with and report to Director Sales. Successful candidates must be capable of facilitating and managing channel partners and multiple projects in a high-energy environment.
This is a business to business account management position with a heavy sales operations function.
Oversee dealer on-boarding and sales operations.
Establish rapport and maintain relationships with ESCO’s authorized dealers.
Log all activity on CRM, including regular input on account activity.
Develop/execute business plans and provides timely, accurate reports and other information on partner activities.
Periodic sales reporting and forecasting
Provide competitive analysis on consumers as well as competitors; their market place, trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Actively lead and participate in activities such as update meetings, ongoing communication, etc.
Attend in-house and principal arranged trainings to remain updated on technology developments in our fast paced business units.
Occasionally Assist and participate in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Proven experience of 3+ years as Marketing/Sales/Channel Business Development or Management or similar role in Electronics and/or IT Industry.
Experience with Wholesale/Resellers Market.
Experience with Sales and Productivity Tools like CRM will be a preference.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Email communication savvy.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
This position requires up to 25% travel and may require to stay out-station for short periods.
