Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation and processes related to tenders/bids, payments follow-up, advances etc.
- General Administration, filing/record keeping, maintaining office decorum.
- Manage and keep employee’s HR related record & compliance log.
- Manage and maintain commercial and/or other client documentation.
- Proactively communicate Internally and Externally over email and messaging platforms.
- Handle and Maintain records in ERP
- Work as a bridge between sales, technical support, service coordination and other departments
- Occasionally participate in and handle tasks related to Operational Activities, events and meetups
- Extending support in the Implementation of HR policies, running operational excellence programs, and ensure enforcement of policies related to code of conduct and general compliance
- Any related tasks
