Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and relevant documents in liaison with operations and taxation departments.
Develops and maintains documents for participating tenders.
To identify prospects and targets, preparing presentations, meeting prospective sponsors, negotiating sales and drafting agreements.
Recommend changes in tactics, approach or new products based on market data
Assist and deal with general and incoming inquires
Coordination with technical and operations team for the product/services proposals
Keeping track of deliverables receivables, earnest deposits and/or retention amounts with clients
Periodically report on receivables.
To ensure best customer experience in pre-sales and after-sales to assigned accounts
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
This job can require traveling/staying out station for short durations usually not exceeding one week.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficient in managing budgets
