Job Summary:

  • The Commercial / Sales Executive role will maintain relationships with new as well as existing clients and organizations.
  • Will handle inward sales queries in liaison with Sales and Technical staff, promoting sales of products and services to new/existing accounts.
  • The successful candidate will handle sale of products and/or services and will have strong interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and relevant documents in liaison with operations and taxation departments.

  • Develops and maintains documents for participating tenders.

  • To identify prospects and targets, preparing presentations, meeting prospective sponsors, negotiating sales and drafting agreements.

  • Recommend changes in tactics, approach or new products based on market data

  • Assist and deal with general and incoming inquires

  • Coordination with technical and operations team for the product/services proposals

  • Keeping track of deliverables  receivables, earnest deposits and/or retention amounts with clients

  • Periodically report on receivables.

  • To ensure best customer experience in pre-sales and after-sales to assigned accounts

  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

  • This job can require traveling/staying out station for short durations usually not exceeding one week.

 Job/Person Specification

  •  Ideal Candidate must have at least bachelor’s degree in business administration or related domain.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in managing budgets

  • Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate

  • Ability to work under own initiative
