Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing and commissioning of Video Surveillance / Networking equipment.
- Ability to lay cables / ducts /pipes and wiring etc.
- Assist customers in account creation, password reset, video footage retrieval, and remote viewing software setup on end users laptops, personal computers and mobile devices.
- Answer questions customers may have about our system and services.
- Conduct on-site surveys and design BOQ for potential customers when needed
- Participate and when Eligible, Conduct in-house Trainings/Presentation sessions on new product features and comparisons for market placement
- To indulge in fault finding, repairing, servicing, new installations and routine maintenance.
- Computer systems hardware, software, operating systems configuration and troubleshooting.
Job/Person Specification:
- Ideal Candidate should be at least DAE.
- Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
- Stay abreast with latest job related trends.
