Project Manager

Electrosolz is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee product design, electronics development, and 3D printing projects. The PM will manage client communication, gather requirements, assign tasks to the engineering and 3D printing teams, and ensure timely project delivery with quality.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Communication Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Gather detailed product requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
Update clients regularly with progress reports, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Project Coordination

Coordinate with the design team, electronics team, software team, and 3D printing/prototyping team.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the engineering lead and teams.

3. Planning & Documentation

Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and BOM documentation.
Maintain organized project files, requirement sheets, design changes, and version updates.

4. Technical Oversight

Understand CAD, electronics basics, and 3D printing workflows (FDM/SLA).
Ensure manufacturability, feasibility, and alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate prototype iterations and manage feedback loops.

5. Quality & Delivery

Oversee quality checks for CAD models, electronics PCBs, and printed parts.
Ensure surface finishing, assembly, painting, and final QC meet ES standards.
Handle final handover, packaging, and delivery management.

6. Internal Operations

Optimize communication flow between teams.
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in processes.
Track resource use (printers, materials, manpower) for productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of 3D printing, CAD, and electronics is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Skills Required

Project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion or similar).
Basic technical understanding (CAD, electronics, prototyping).
Leadership, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
Time management and strong organizational skills.
