We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to deliver projects of high quality and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
