We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Job Description:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all openings.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Manage Employee’s Attendance and Leaves record
  • Employee’s Performance Evaluation and Reporting
  • Administering payroll
  • Maintains the staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees.
  • Maintains the staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning and monitoring.
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
