We are looking for a young energetic individual who will represent our brand on socal media chats, whatsapp etc
Should have convincing power to up sell products and make sure the sale deal is closed
Daily work would include
- Post products on e commerce website
- Manage in stock / Out of stock products on website
- Attend calls of customers who are enquiring about products and store locations
- Attend customer complaints and keeping a record of them along with strong follow up with the management
- Respond to Facebook , instagram enquiries & Whatsapp
- Respond to all incoming emails
- Timely Reply to customers on different groups on facebook where our company is present
- Draft SMS for sms marketing of customers of new arrivals and promotions
* We need a candidate with good command of English language
