HSE Manager

Elite Engineering (Pvt) Limited is the leading EPC Company of Pakistan. We require the services of qualified, capable and career-oriented HSE Manager for our Head Office in Lahore. Job Descrition:

1. Prepare and finalize HSE policy of the Company and get it approved from Management.

2. Implementation of HSE Policy.

3. Managing and best utilization of HSE staff on projects all over Pakistan.

4. Ensuring that safety policies and procedures are followed without any compromise on safety of workers working on projects.

5. Arranging and conducting HSE awareness programs in Head Office, Workshop and Project sites.

6. Preparation of HSE material and its dissemination to Project locations.

7. Giving presentations to clients

8. Preparing HSE SOPs for hot work, work at height, welding, electrical work, mechanical fabrication, heavy lifting, confined spaces, sand-blasting, civil works etc. to be followed at Company Wokshop and Projects

9. Investigation of accidents and eliminating root causes of accidents

10. Evaluation of HSE staff

11. Shortlisting and assisting in interviewing and recruitment of HSE staff

12. Willingd for frequent visits for sites inspection.

12. Other responsibilities assigned by Management.
