CONCEPT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully responsible for the project civil construction, mechanical fabrication and electrical work and to ensure completion of all project related activities according to approved design, within budget, according to quality standards and within agreed time-schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparation of complete project implementation plan in consultation with GM Projects & Engineering according to client approved design and agreed timelines.
· Full understanding and compliance of the project, required material, quality standards and client reporting.
· Overall Project Management of all Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Works
· Reporting progress to Company Management and Client.
· To Manage Calculation of material requirements and planning for availability on site according to the construction schedule
· To plan, assign, monitor, coordinate, evaluate and manage the activities of key personnel engaged in construction activities.
· To monitor and evaluate sub-contractors working on the site and vigorous follow up for the completion of work awarded to sub-contractors.
· To exercise good material management and control the use of all types of material to avoid wastages and misuse.
· Responsible to achieve efficiency at project with optimum utilization of resources
· To provide technical/ administrative solutions to construction teams for any execution problems
· To closely monitor the flow of activities and take corrective actions when required
· Hold regular meetings with sub-contractors, construction engineers and supervisors to resolve site related problems
· To ensure that the site is completed on time and as per quality standards.
· Determine quantities of work completed and milestones achieved for client invoicing.
· To verify sub- contractor bills
· To coordinate/ liaison with and follow up sub-contractors for delivery of labour, material and equipment for completion of work according to required standards and deadlines
· To prepare site for inspection by OGRA and client for successful approval of the site and responsibly handle the inspections.
· Follow up with Finance and Accounts, Admin & HR and other departments for project related matters and payments.
