elo (Export Leftovers) is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to place orders, do confirmation calls, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders. Or obtain details of complaints.
