We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services. This role demands a strong grasp of email marketing strategies, automation tools, and audience segmentation techniques to boost engagement and drive conversions. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential to meet our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at promoting products and services.
- Craft compelling subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase open and click-through rates.
- Design visually appealing email templates using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendinBlue.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and enhance results.
- Monitor campaign analytics including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Manage and segment subscriber lists to enable personalized targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all email communications comply with relevant data protection regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain messaging consistency and align with overall business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting skills paired with an analytical mindset to interpret campaign data effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage, allowing for customization of email templates.
- This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, based on experience and skills.
