We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in eCommerce email marketing, with a strong background in customer engagement, segmentation, and campaign optimization. This role demands a proactive professional who can effectively plan, create, and execute email campaigns that drive conversions and strengthen brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement eCommerce email marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Design and produce engaging email content and templates that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Manage email lists, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure email campaigns support conversion goals and marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of practical experience in eCommerce email marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
