Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily administrative activities to support team operations and project deadlines.

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expense reports.
- Support the implementation of new procedures and policies to improve workflow efficiency.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Organize company events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
