PRIMARY FUNCTION

To supervise the General Stores, & manage Tax & Excise related matters of finished goods.

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

To allocate jobs to subordinates.
To ensure the safety of subordinates and himself.
To report abnormalities to Internal Auditor.
To check Purchase Requisitions; evaluate quality & quantity of goods on receipt, raise store requisitions& issue materials according to procedures.
To judiciously plan overtime.
To ensure that all documentation and record is kept updated; neatly filed & indexed.
To ensure that the Section(s)/Department(s) are kept clean & orderly.
To arrange calibration of inspection, measurement and test equipment on time.
To train subordinates in all aspects of General Store Procedures and Work Instructions and update Employee Training Record.
To implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
To follow & improve Departmental Procedures and Work Instructions.
To carry out any other job to meet organizational objectives.
