Primary Function:
Internal Audit Officer will be responsible to assist the internal Audit Manager and to conduct internal audit on organization vide basis.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the testing of controls and processes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
· Responsible to ensure that organization assets are used for the benefit of organization.
· Pre-audit of vouchers as well as post audit of different departmental areas.
· Assist the Audit Manager in inventory Audit, Fixed Assets Audit, Payroll and other audit areas.
· Identify and perform root cause analysis on process breaks, strategy enhancements and implements solutions.
· Responsible for the documentation of issues and suggested solutions intended to improve the control environment, streamline the business and achieve operational excellence.
· Complete documentation trail and create environment of reliable data, transparency of issues, escalation and accountability.
· Adjust approach when necessary, in light of new findings, to ensure appropriate focus and coverage.
· Follow up of the internal Audit findings and ensure that audit recommendations are implemented.
· Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
