The role will be but no limited to,

  • handling all types of complaints,
  • refund escalation,
  • sale reconfirmation before traveling 
  • contacting suppliers directly in case of any problem
  • staying intouch with customer before and after traveling

This position is for a Travel Consultancy. Relevant Experience would be an added advantage.
