Emenac requires services of Business Development Officer for its key project in Night shift for US Market. The candidate must be able to perform the following tasks but not limited to.
Job Description:
- To find potential new customers and to submit proposals to them, ultimately convert them into clients.
- To manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- To deal with the USA/Canada/UK clients over the phone and via emails.
- To hand over the project to management team successfully, once the terms and conditions are finalized by the clients.
- Must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Experience on making bids on elance, guru and odesk/upwork
Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicates all assignments, conducts appropriate follow-ups
- Adheres to all writing style guidelines and standards in execution excellence
- Coordinates and incorporates all final proposal reviews
- Responsible for end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of the proposal response by the client's deadline
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation, must be a self-starter/motivator
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent writing skills, with a strong ability to summarize data concisely and clearly
- Must be able to work from 7pm-5am
- At-least 1 year experience is business development in IT field.
- Its a ten hour shift job from Monday to Friday with Saturday half day
- Candidates only willing to work at night shift should apply only
