We are hiring Call Center / Sales Agent for USA and UK Market. Candidates who have 1 year experience of Call Center / Sales (USA or UK Market) will be preferred for this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing quality sales and customers support service through inbound and outbound calls and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.

- Experience in handling international clients via telephone and email.

- Must be available to work in night shift.

- Excellent selling skills with proven track record of B2B and B2C sales.

- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension.

- Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent.

- Basic computer, Internet search and typing communication skills.

- Knowledge of call center environment/operations.

- Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.

- Ability to do multitask at the same time.

- Efficient knowledge about embroidery digitizing will be preferred.

Job status:

- Shift: Night

- Timing: 8:00 p:m to 4:00 a:m

- Salary: Basic + Commission

Note: Experience of Call Center / Sales for USA, but if you are fresh and have good speaking ablity we can accomodate those as well.
