Emenac is looking for Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, developing and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with our marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful KPI dashboards and delivering weekly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight and plans for improvement. The role also requires conducting conversion optimization consultancy, with the aim of improving efficiency in the company’s digital marketing strategies to increase the ROI.
Responsibilities include:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Developing and leading digital marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
- Designing the campaign concept, storyboard, and related documentation
- Developing jaw-dropping content for presentations, videos, blogs, newsletters, etc.
- Delivering campaign conversion KPI’s and strategies to improve the ROI
- Developing and driving overall brand value, engagement and market share gains
- Analyzing data to identify problems and/or opportunities
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors in Journalism, Media, Design, Marketing, Psychology etc
- 8+ years digital marketing, branding and campaign management experience for US businesses
- Strong exposure in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads and social media application
- Deep understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics and Omniture a plus)
- Experience with bid management tools and 3rd parties
- Experience in conceptualizing, creating and launching new campaigns
- Creative thinker and problem-solver
- Strong analytical, aesthetic, communication and problem-solving skills
- Compelling and efficient copywriting
