Restaurant Manager Operation
Location: Karachi - Pakistan.
Restaurant Type: Pakistan / Desi Food.
Looking to recruit an operation manager to control all aspects of the restaurant and ensure that works are carried out for maximizing the sales turnover of the restaurant.
The role will be reporting directly to the company director for the implementation, planning & management of all aspects.
Key Accountabilities:
• To manage & supervise all the aspects to ensure smooth trouble free restaurant operations.
• To ensure that customers are getting the best possible services and best quality food within the desired time.
• Ensure cost effective utilization of company resources.
• Preparation of programs & resource allocation.
• To ensure that suppliers and vendors are getting their payments on time.
• To liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding programming & other vital issues on restaurant & to raise concerns for quality and timely supplies.
• Accurate ordering without any wastage.
• Control cost to ensure all purchases are carried out within the budget.
Qualifications:
• Minimum graduate with 05 to 08 years experience of managing restaurant business.
• Age limit minimum 40 Years
• Good oral and writing communication skills in English & Urdu.
• Intimate knowledge of food and restaurant business.
• Course on food or restaurant business will be given edge.
• Proactive, hardworking, and positive attitude toward work.
• Computer literate is must.
