Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily sales team attendance records.
  • Process travel requests, expense reimbursements, and related claims.
  • Coordinate With accounts team to create sales orders and invoices. Coordinate with the Warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and share sales reports, summaries, and performance updates.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in tracking sales targets and achievements.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry related to sales operations.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales promotions or field activities.
  • Maintain And Implement Company Price list.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
