Job Responsibilities including but not limited to are as follows:

  • Engage with the customer on the telephone, identify, listen, and resolve their issues
  • Resolve the customers issues and retain the customer
  • Offer additional products and services hence creating upsell opportunities
  • Utilize proactive retention skills to turn requests for cancelation into upgrade and save opportunities by identifying customer needs.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work with the relevant people in UK team and keep them in loop, the steps taken, and the offers offered to the customer to save him/her.
