Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls using a dialer system to potential customers within the UAE, clearly introducing internet service plans and identifying their specific needs.
- Engage customers through WhatsApp by following up with detailed information about internet packages, including images of plans, pricing, and official brochures to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the offered services such as fast internet speed and free installation.
- Assist customers in completing the order process by providing guidance on sharing necessary documentation like Emirates ID and location via WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate daily records of all customer interactions, calls made, leads generated, and sales closed during each shift to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
- Adhere strictly to UAE office timings, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism throughout the working hours.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to sustain meaningful conversations, address customer objections, and build rapport to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay proficient with smartphone applications, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer software used in daily telesales operations.
- Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of UAE internet plans and develop effective sales techniques tailored to customer needs.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards without managing a team.
