- Ensure the implementation of Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Policy.
- Taking measures to achieve target of zero accidents in the facility.
- Monitor products that are stored in the warehouse as per their label requirements.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs.
- Ensure Permit To Work System implementation.
- Promote occupational health and safety within the organization nationally and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
- Inspect machinery and equipment, such as Forklift truck and power pallet-jack, to make sure they are fit for the job.
- Ensure the use of PPEs.
- Make sure that dangerous materials are stored separately.
- Conducting Risk Assessment.
- Accident/incident investigation.
- Conduct training sessions for supervisors and workers on health and safety practices.
- Assist in mock firefighting drill and first aid exercise.
- Maintain good housekeeping principles at all sites.
- Monitor firefighting equipment.
- Monitor pest control services at all sites.
- Daily site inspection.
- Assist in internal and external audit.
- Maintain Integrated Management System documentation and record keeping.
