- Vehicle wise planning of picking.
- Supervising picking process is being done as per SOPs defined.
- Assigning TCs and labor duties as and when required
- Maintaining documents as per defined SOPs.
- Maintaining warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
- Preparation of daily program registers and ensuring all dispatch documents are accounted for
- Reviewing the replenishment plan and execution of the putdown process
- Obtaining pick list from the BPO and vehicle wise arrangement of DA
- Assigning DAs to related store keepers
- Responsible for maintaining required picking speed
- Assist store officers in stock allocation while picking
- Report abnormality to shift in charge
- Monitoring the adherence of picking SOPs
- Responsible for stock safety after the picking and before loading.
