· Plan and ensure timely execuution of all operational activites
· Ensure Labor Arrangements
· Team arrangements for Inbound & outbound
· Ensure the timely and accurate pick of orders
· Priorities and manage vehicle load planning activities
· Complete put away of remaining stock
· Implement SOP’s, add rigor and control where necessary, ensure adherence by all staff.
· Provide shift leadership of warehouse team, set targets and monitor performance
· Deliver continuous service and operations cost improvements
· Effectively communicate and report to senior management team
· Ensure health and safety practices
· Monitor security and implement improvements where necessary
· Coach & mentor the team as and when required
· Direct coordination with Clients
