This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager Recruitment for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing our customer support staff/recruiters who are responsible for recruiting linguistics all over the UK.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the running and managing the international recruitment department daily
- Set targets for all recruiters to meet up with
- Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the management
- Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
- Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
- Hosting 1-2-1’s and team meetings
- Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
