UK's leading translation and interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager having 4 years or plus experience in Customer Support.
- The incumbent must have excellent English communication skills.
- Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.
- Responding to escalated customer support issues.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
- Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
- Train new customer support representative.
- Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing training efforts.
- Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy.
- Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Improves Client service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics, and monitoring and analyzing results.
Qualification / Experience
- Must be graduate BBA/MBA preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Support (experience in UK firm preferred)
- Prior CRM experience
- Go-getter attitude
Job Days/Timings
- MON – FRI (12 pm – 9 pm)
