We are looking to employ an enthusiastic Human Resource Intern.The Human Resource Intern is expected to assist the Recruitment Executive with all the designated tasks and will be required to provide administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Building Candidate Database
- Initial Resume Screening
- Pre-Screening Calls
- Arranging Interviews with the Potential Candidates
- Manage Job Advertisements
- Prepare Departmental Reports
- Participation in Organizational Events
- Assistance in Employee Orientations
- Responding to Employee Queries
- Assist in the Collection of Payroll Information
- Draft Employee Communication
- Other Assistance required by the Team
Qualification
Bachelor’s in Business Administration i.e. BS (BA) preferably with majors in Human Resources from HEC recognized or reputable foreign university.
