This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for full time International Recruiter for our office located in Bahria town, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting International recruitment department for day-to-day operations.
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle for International hiring demand.
- Sourcing candidates through various job-boards
- Manage sourcing and recruitment of linguistics for throughout the company.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- BBA/MBA from reputed university
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- 1+ year of minimum experience in recruitment or HR
- BPO/IT industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
