UK's leading translation and interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP is looking for experienced International Recruiters with exceptional communication skills in English. The incumbent must possess excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented and accurate, excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising the quality of service.
Duties:
- Your role will entail making cold calling to interpreters and translators
- Sourcing resumes from different portals (e.g., Totaljobs, CV’s library, indeed)
- Identify and assesses customers' need to achieve satisfaction
- Giving follow up calls to the interpreters at a specified date and time
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Screening the resumes and make a database of interpreters
- Following script when handling different topics
- Identify interpreters needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions
- Recruit sufficient talent to meet real-time demand for video remote interpreting requests
- Generate and manage advertisements on job boards and social networking websites
- Research and source relevant resumes through networking, community interaction, and/or internet databases
- Register maximum number of freelance interpreters/translators during shift time
Qualification / Skills:
- Must be graduate, BBA/MBA preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior Customer support/sales experience
- Experience working with CRM
- Go-getter attitude
- Fresh graduates with Excellent English can apply too
Job Timings:
- Evening Shift
- It is NOT a sales job
