Empower Pakistan is hiring for its subsidiary GROW. Grow is a unique initiative, which offers distributed & dedicated teams to emerging startups based in the Silicon Valley. We are currently in search for a highly motivated individual who can join us to lead our data entry or data transcription team, based in Rawalpindi Saddar. The ideal candidate should be able to take full charge of the transcription team, majority of which should work remotely. The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree and over 3years of experience in the data transcription or data entry field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management team in hiring perfect candidates (remote) for the transcription team
- Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Determining data entry service requirements by forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications
- Completing day-to-day work operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing data entry policies and procedures
- Meeting daily deadlines
- Communications with a remote workforce and project stakeholders
- Accomplishing data entry human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
