1)      Prepare training budget for department or organization and manage all the documentation.

2)      Improve the perception of the Enablers as an Institute in Public.

3)      Work as a point of contact for other training institutes and Universities for collaborations.

4)      Play his part in the Branding of the organization to make it Pakistan’s leading training platform.

5)      Evaluate trainer/instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.

6)      Evaluate program effectiveness and manage the pre and post training procedures.

7)      Manage the enrollments and schedules.

8)      Work on the quarterly plans to make Enablers a world leading organization.

9)      Prepare slides for the presentation to the stakeholders.

10)   Be the speaker on all the major digital and conventional platforms on behalf of the CEO.

11)   Evaluate training programs, instructors and materials and conduct training evaluation feedback from the students and the trainees.

12)   Make feedback forms which could help the organization to evaluate the trainers as well as the training value and purpose.   

13)   Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

14)   Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments for the analytics and decision making.

15)   Hire atleast 5 senior trainers in the core cities of Pakistan like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad etc to strengthen the network and create a strong service model.

16)   Hire trainers across the border in various countries to build Enablers presence and eventually build a network of enablers to go global.

17)   Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

18)   Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

19)   Confer and lead his team to accomplish work activities for smooth operations.

20)   Determine operational compliance with regulations or standards.

21)   Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials.         

22)   Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with students. 

23)   Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials where needed to improve on the training feedback.

24)   Develop testing and evaluation procedures across the organization for transparency.

25)   Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures.

26)   Manage special events or programs in coordination with the business partners.

27)   Conduct the risk evaluations of various training projects.

28)   Conduct competitive analysis and define the USPs.
