  • We are looking for a Front-End Full Stack Web Developer with at least 3 year of industry experience.
  • Ideally, candidate should be motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
  • Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design  the actual code that will produce visual elements of the application using HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • You will work with a exisiting resources and bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
  • Experience of Wordpress and Shopify is essential!

Responsibilities

  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs if required.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade websites.
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Develop new user-facing features 
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use with JavaScript
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end (form validations)
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Hands on Experience with Word Press

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, PHP, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • An analytical mind
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc
  • Proficient understanding of Shopify and Word press
  • 6 months or more experience with a front-end framework is a minimum
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Strong grip on modern JavaScript (ES6 or later). Good understanding of arrow functions, hooks, etc
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Good to have: Flexbox, Materialize, Bootstrap
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
