Description of Function
As part of our Business Development Team, we are looking for a dedicated, English speaking senior marketing associate or marketing manager.
In specific, tasks will include:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our mission and vision.
- Create and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including podcasts, videos, client stories, and sustainability reports as well as maintaining und updating the homepage.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies accordingly, and report on progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Development of texts for posts, press releases, website, blogs etc.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Social Media Account with content planning and development
- Website management (WordPress)
- Support for on and offline events
Who you are.
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative candidate with extensive working experience in marketing, and social media management.
Key attributes and skills you bring to this exciting role are:
- Higher education degree with a focus on Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media and or Linguistics
- Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Previously demonstrated the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native) in a professional Environment is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Professional skills in Power Point, Canvas and Adobe Programs especially Photoshop, InDesign as well as WordPress are highly desirable.
- Creative and open mind personality

Whom you will work with
You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team located in Zurich. You will become part of a dynamic team and organization with colleagues in Ecuador, India, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Switzerland, and the United States.
