Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information. Observe customer complaints and record information in the software
2. Assist customers in filling out questionnaires
3. Explain survey to interviewees and interpret survey questions to help interviewees' comprehension
4. Meet with the supervisor daily to discuss progress
5. Report daily feedback collection stats to supervisor
6. Complete daily checklist
Skills and Requirements:
1. Well-spoken in English and Urdu
2. Willing to work weekends (6 days a week)
3. Confident in approaching and interacting with customers
4. Skill in interviewing techniques.
5. Skill in both verbal and written communication
6. Keen eye for customer problems and ask relevant questions
