Overall Responsibilities
- Development of standards to achieve maximum productivity & quality output.
- To ensure that the preventive work schedule and periodic reports are implemented in a timely manner.
- Manage to reduce interruption in work schedules and maintain the company's investment.
- Oversee the Dismantling of sites, Warehousing, (CME) Civil, Electrical, Mechanical works especially troubled areas.
- Maintenance Planning and implement of work.
- Planning approval and supervision of the application tables and periodic preventive of work.
- To ensure that the machinery, facilities and operational equipment’s are in proper shape.
- Reduce interruption in work schedules and increase the productivity.
Budget preparation and cost control:
- Preparation and approval has been obtained to monitor the budget of the department while ensuring the efficient use of resources and effectiveness
- Reduce cost and surplus disposal
- To provide resources when needed and as required.
- Policies and procedures:
- Make recommendation for the development, and guidance for all application procedures and controls of all matters covered by the activities
- Meet all the requirements of procedural and legal relationships
Continuous improvement:
- Preparation and ongoing development of working procedures and maintenance operations, to ensure the best industry practices
- Adhere to standards by showing an adequate understanding of how to use them and recognize the commitment made by the workers/Sub cons
- Ensure that maintenance schedules are applied according to plans
- Optimize the use of machinery, equipment’s if required
- To ensure good planning for manpower requirements and Budget to fit the production plans
Support Operations, Civil and IT works:
- Planning, organization and supervision of activities on production lines and the mass of milling, smelting
- Provide support for the establishment of the maintenance and repair of all structures, facilities
- Coordination with the manager to make sure that all projects are implemented in a timely and cost-effective way
- Coordination with sub-contractors:
- Evaluation and recommendation of the work contracts with others to provide operational services at affordable price
- Keep up with modern Technologies and Innovation.
- Build relationships with external Experts and Advisers
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of the Subordinates to make sure that all works implemented efficiently.
