- Responsible for the development of safety and health policies, practices and procedures.
- Maintain Safety Program.
- Implement and document Safety Program.
- Train all levels of employees in Safety and maintain training records related to technical certifications.
- Lead the investigation of accidents and injuries, and cooperate in the preparation of material for any related investigations and customer audits.
- Conduct and coordinate safety inspections.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain employee safety records for site specific.
- Review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, you will coordinate training programs for employees and educating workers about site-specific safety measures.
- In addition, you will prepare monthly reports and make presentations to management
