The Assistant Manager HR will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and other employee tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Manager HR in providing professional advice and guidance on all employee relation issues to managers (including disciplinary, grievance handling, absence, redundancy, communication, and performance management).
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and to contribute to the development of the HR function to meet organizational needs.
- Assist the manager to review, benchmark and implement best practices from the industry
- Carrying out clearance procedure and exit interviews.
- Update Employees Database including staff details, attendance and leave matters.
- Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments
- Carrying out recruitment and selection cycle and assisting Manager HR in all the activities.
- Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
- Generating different type of recruitment & HR reports as and when required by Head of HR.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
