NOC Executive (Short Term Contract)

To monitor all Network faults via alarms.
To check the severity of all Network faults.
To perform alarm testing.
To record any Network fault that has occurred.
To escalate the fault to the respective Field Operations (FOPs) POC.
To follow up for the occurred Network fault with FOPs POC.
To verify resolution and update the record for the Network fault.
To generate fault reports for the occurred Network fault if necessary.
To provide approval for the generated Change Request.
To issue work orders for site access.
To process the Change Request.
To follow-up with the Planned Outages.
