Job Responsibilities
- Enlisting potential vendors/contractor keeping in view company’s requirement
- Based on purchase requests received from different departments, get quotes from the suppliers.
- Preparation of purchase order, filing and dispatching them to vendors and further coordination.
- Review purchase requisition to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Respond to supplier inquiries about purchase order status, changes, or cancellations.
- . Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
- . Track orders and ensure timely delivery along with end-to-end Vendor Management.
- Creating and maintaining record of purchase orders and database.
- Maintaining files for all procurement related documents.
