We are a growing international agency looking for full-time virtual assistants in Pakistan to join our team.
Responsibilities (Phase 1 – Initial Work):
- Execute simple online tasks (posting, organizing data, doing repetitive jobs).
- Follow clear instructions and deliver consistent daily results.
- Communicate progress and issues reliably.
Responsibilities (Phase 2 – Growth into Team Leader):
- Find new employees for different roles locally, to join the team
- Train and guide new local hires
- Distribute daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Report results and improvements to management.
- Take ownership of operations in your time zone.
Requirements:
