Job Duties will include:
- Assist and support back office team in day to day operations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Support sales staff in handling client accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Handle discrepancies in client account balances.
- Update client reporting sheets through proprietary reporting tool on Excel by entering all buy/sell transactions into the system.
- Reconcile client reporting sheet with custodian bank’s reporting sheet.
Competencies Required:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
